Due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and fabric dyeing processes, slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, stitching, or print placement may occur. Such minor differences are a normal part of garment production and are not considered defects.
Delivery times provided are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. NOA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, and such delays do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.
Customized articles are produced specifically according to customer requirements and therefore are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.
For regular NOA brand articles, refunds or exchanges will only be considered if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be reported within the specified return period along with clear proof of the issue.
Please note that refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations will not be accepted simply because a customer changes their mind after placing an order.
