Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in the rare event of a genuine manufacturing defect, damaged item, or an incorrect product being delivered.
Any claim must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To initiate a claim, customers must provide:
A clear uncut unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or issue.
Order details for verification purposes.
Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video may be rejected.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be:
Unused and unworn.
Unwashed and free from any alterations.
Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Once a claim is approved, the customer will be required to return the item to NOA Clothing for inspection.
After receiving the returned product, our quality control team will conduct a thorough review to verify the reported issue.
Each claim is assessed individually based on the evidence provided and the results of our inspection process. NOA Clothing reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or exchange request if the claim does not meet our policy requirements.
If the returned item successfully passes inspection and the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 6–7 working days through the original payment method or another approved payment channel.
